Hey there!
It's nice to have you here.
people are always asking me what I do and who I help, so I wanted to fill you in really quickly before you get lost in learning the awesomeness that is me.
I'm a holistic health care practitioner who uses transformational coaching to help people who are sick of dealing with the same issues over and over.
What I love most is helping women who are ready to get their shit together take charge and change their lives in empowering ways.
I love traveling.
More than that though, I love the excitement of choosing a place to go, finding out what will interest me, fun foods to try, the local drinks, museum and architecture. There’s almost more joy in the prep work than while I’m there. But, I’m getting better at that.
I love my dog.
Despite leaving Velli in America with my brother and his dog, I miss and love her so much. I knew in my bones it would be difficult to leave her, but I had planned to bring her to wherever I landed when I had finally settled. That hasn’t happened yet, but I cannot wait until I get to see her again.
I taught and tutored
I spent an entire quarter teaching sex ed to high schoolers. Was I qualified? No. Was I awkward as all get out? Yes. Did I accidentally say wildly inappropriate things that the entire school knew about by the next period? Also yes. Needless to say, I preferred 1 on 1 tutoring.
I love listening
I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all solution. I think we’ve been conditioned to seek out and trust quick fixes and averages. This has taught me to listen deeply to what people are saying. We share so much of what we believe about ourselves without realizing it. When I can highlight that for people, it often opens doors they never even considered looking through.
I have a wealth of wisdom
When I work with people I pull from a vast reserve of knowledge and wisdom. It is a gloriously beautiful thing to have a background in biochemistry, Traditional East Asian Medicine, Transformational Coaching and a smattering of other trainings. It all allows me to give a well rounded view point and plan to help you get what you need.
I am brave
This is a hard one for me. Enough people have told me this over the past year, that I am working on claiming it for myself. When I look at what I’ve accomplished through the past 12 months alone, I see it. Even when I don’t feel particularly brave, I know I am.
