Seeds of healing
I am often met by people at the end of their ropes. They've tried everything. Had all the tests. Seen all the specialists. Done all the things. And they're still stuck in their dysfunction, their symptoms, their disease.
By the time they get to me, they're tired, worn out, discouraged and sometimes hopeless. So, I am rarely surprised when they're shocked at the results we get with acupuncture, or when they text me after implementing the plan we drew up in our consultation.
I am also not surprised when they get frustrated by how slowly healing can sometimes be. But the fact of the matter is, healing is rarely fast and not linear at all. It is often a jumbled mess of treating the most pressing symptoms while working together to heal the root cause. It is often chasing what is most difficult this week while still working towards a long term goal of balance and deep healing.
It takes time to sow the seeds of healing and health. Those seeds need to be tended and nurtured. They need to be invested in.
You have to want to do the work and invest in health and healing. Yes, what I do is magical and medical and life-changing. But the hard work, the work that really matters, is when you go home and implement the changes we talked about in our session. When you go home and breathe more. When you switch up the times you eat or the supplements you take. When you carve out 15 minutes for breathing, or meditation, or prayer, or journaling. That's when the real magic and healing happens.
As we go into these warmer, busier months, it's easy to not take the time to make ourselves and our health a priority. But as we go through May, I want to remind you that you're worth investing in. Whether it's tackling your issues with acupuncture and herbs, getting a bioresonance test done so you know where to start with nutrition or supplements or getting insight into how your gifts can best be used with a human design reading, it's my honor to go on this journey with you.
I'm looking forward to seeing you reap the rewards of all of your efforts.
