Dahlias are a treat for me. They are a little too needy for me to plant in my own garden, so when I go to the coast and see them in a place they thrive, I do my best to enjoy them fully. This one was no exception. Any flower this bright will capture my attention. Add to that how spectacularly symmetrical they are, front and back, and I can stare at them for hours.
